This dish is for 4 persons
Mix the yogurt, lemon juice and 2 tbsp oil (from the sun-dried tomatoes) and season with salt and pepper. Rub the steak with the rest of the oil, salt and pepper and grill for 2 to 3 minutes on each side in a hot grill pan.
Divide the salad and tomatoes over 4 bowls or plates. Cut the meat into strips and spread over the salad. Spoon the sauce on top and put a tuft of alfafa on top
