A unique opportunity to work for one of the most innovative, international tomato breeders. Axia is looking for a Sales Manager North West Europe & Key Account Manager Netherlands. As Sales Manager North West Europe & Key Account Manager Netherlands, you will play a key role in accelerating Axia’s commercial growth. You will lead and coach a team of specialist within sales and technical experts in your region, manage strategic Dutch key accounts and contribute to the development of Axia’s commercial strategy. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you work closely with Product Development and other stakeholders to translate market insights into sustainable growth and innovation. This role combines strategic leadership with a hands-on mindset, offering the opportunity to contribute to the continued development and professionalisation of Axia’s commercial organization.

Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Develop and execute the North West European commercial strategy.
- Lead and coach your team across Europe.
- Drive sales growth, profitability and forecasting performance.
- Build and strengthen relationships with strategic Dutch key accounts.
- Identify new market opportunities and growth initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product Development.
- Lead commercial planning, budgeting and KPI management.
- Represent Axia in the North West European tomato seed market.
your profile
- A People Manager with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Minimum 10 years of international commercial experience.
- Proven leadership experience in an international sales environment.
- Experience within the vegetable seed industry or a related horticultural sector.
- Strong commercial, strategic and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
