Baked tomatoes with Parmesan cheese

      This dish is for 4 persons


      Mix the tomatoes and the garlic slices with 1 tablespoon of oil. Season with salt, pepper and marjoram. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the tomatoes for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve with the bread.
